New healthcare product named
Robin is a startup by David Shield that aims to introduce a prepaid medical services payment card to the U.S. insurance market. As an Israeli company, Robin has extensive expertise in providing high-quality healthcare services at competitive prices and offers an excellent prepaid card product, enabling immediate payment for medical services.
The main goal: to educate the U.S. market on finding affordable medical services, loading a prepaid card, and paying doctors instantly. The challenge is to design an app that simplifies this process, guiding users on how to efficiently use the service.
In order to get the product characterization mission going, I've learned about medical insurance programs, U.S medical services and Robin's products in the American market. After getting the background straight, I've researched 3 approaches for an app's solution outline.
The step by step option was chosen - an app which on its main screen is showing a carousel component that displays the three main services Robin is providing - Search, appointment scheduling and viewing a current insurance plan.
