Pepper - Leumi bank The first mobile Israeli banking app that allows users to perform banking activities such as taking loans, opening savings accounts, and more, while providing smart insights.
The role Leading the product design and developing the app's visual language. This role included mapping all user flows and edge cases, designing the Pepper marketing website, and creating a visual concept for the Pepper Invest app.
The client's offices - Day-to-day work was based at the client's office, collaborating with PMs and development teams, and included conducting user interviews and feedback workshops.
The main goal was to create banking products and experiences for young users, enabling them to independently manage their own money and giving them the freedom to perform banking activities without boundaries and fear.
The challenge was to make banking actions more accessible and clear for users who want to manage their money smartly, while maintaining professionalism and safety.

The product personality
As part of the design process, the best and challenging work was on creating the product personality and brand. The process was include finding out the visual language and tone of voice to make the product and the "heavy" banking processes accessible to our target audience, young people between the ages of 18 and 30.
The product maintains a balance between a language that is youthful and dynamic, yet serious and secure. In line with the company's vision, we created insights that are relevant and educate users about their financial conduct in a pleasant, sensitive, and non-condescending manner.

Pepper Invest
As part of the work on Pepper's product, two more apps were developed simultaneously: Pepper Pay and Pepper Invest. Pepper Invest allows users to buy and sell shares in small amounts.
Pepper Invest, like the main application, Pepper Bank, makes all relevant information accessible and clear to the user throughout the entire buying and selling experience. It highlights important points the user needs to understand through a light visual language and written content that explains any non-obvious terminology.
As part of the product design, we explored the main screen and internal pages that would display all the leading stocks in the market available for trading. The chosen visual language was Baltic-inspired and slightly rougher than that of the main application.
